Container Cafeteria

Container Coffee Shops or a take-away Eateries

Container shops have been evolved as an alternate to traditional brick & mortar shops. The main factor that drives this business is it’s attractive pricing, adaptability and project timeline. Traditional shop requires huge capital and intensive planning and offers less adaptability. The overall design settings for the shop require less capital but hard to incorporate frequent macroscopic changes. However, it offers great reliability in terms of vandalism. Floor area cost plays an important role, in simple terms where the floor area is limited and cost is very high the container shops are less feasible. But it all depends on the physical setting of the space.

Some of the major factor that plays the important role in shops planning are, what items will be sold, where will it be sold, what is the floor availability, what is the cost of net floor area, how is the geo-physical space setting, what is the climate condition, do we need the mobility, local area code compliance and the most important of all is the business prospects.

Sometime many of the factors do not actually decides choice of shop and in most cases we are limited by “what we want to sell, where we want to sell and what is the budget”.

Why Container Shops?

Container shops provide two basic features that is “the Roof and the Floor” which is a basic requirement of all the shops. These containers are scraps from the fleet services and bought at a cheaper price. They can be easily transported to where ever we like and can be sized up depending upon the floor spacing. However, they cannot be made too small since the cost of wastage will be very high given the tight budget. They can also be stacked to give a multi-floor experience and can be designed to suite the mood of physical setting. One very important feature it imbibes is that it can have exterior decorations depending on the personal choice. It is this feature that had propelled the designing and fabrication business around it.

Nowadays even in the busy streets we come across container shops which are tiny enough to keep the floor area less and big enough to give you a perfect coffee shop experience. Sea beach has a multi-floor bar, city life has a take-away eatery or a coffee-shop, country side can have anything, high-ways will have a relaxation experience and so on.

We also have a modular shop construction which is basically a sheet metal fabricated one and can offer a great benefit over other two. But, one factor remains prominent that is “floor & roof” construction and it’s cost.

Container shops are getting constant demand and the business will grow in the area where it offers cheaper and quick solutions over brick and mortar shops. These shops are here to stay and designer and owners are pushing the shop experience with all new possibilities. The overall business cycle provides a great employment in many related areas.
